What systems do you have in place to manage the cost of a project?
In following the structure “Design, Build, Construct” we develop realistic budgets. These initial budgets are based on most recent projects as they accurately reflect the current market & economy. We obtain quotes that are specific to your project from suppliers and trades. As construction progresses we frequently revisit the projected budget to keep costs on track.
How do you manage quality?
For a project to have a successful outcome, it must be quality. We achieve this through effective communication and clearly defined objectives. We continually review material and construction options that fit within the projected budget. And one of our basic principals is integrity; we offer a 2 year warranty on workmanship.
